We would like to share our holiday concert dates. Please remember if you are attending the Pre-k program you MUST have your government ID (state drivers license, passport, or state issued identification) to be scanned into our security system. If you do not have your identification you will NOT be permitted to attend the program.

Reminder to families: Please call the school no later than 3:00 with any student dismissal changes. The office needs time to communicate these changes to the teachers.

Here are just a few of our students who passed Lexia levels this week enjoying their new books from the vending machine. So far this week 24 students have passed levels and earned new books. For the year, we've had 172 students pass levels! That is 172 books given away for students to enjoy at home. Keep reading, Woodson family!


Students in Ms. Holland's 5th grade class completed a stem activity where they had to create a boat out of nothing but aluminum foil and then see which teams boat would hold the most candy-corn! Our first place boat held 475 pieces of candy corn!!

Holland completaron una actividad principal en la que tenían que crear un bote con nada más que papel de aluminio y luego ver en qué bote del equipo cabría más maíz dulce. ¡¡Nuestro bote del primer lugar contenía 475 piezas de maíz dulce!!










Somerset Veterans: please join us for a Veteran's Day celebration at either high school on November 9 at 8:00 a.m. Crisfield and Washington High will hold honorary programs and serve breakfast to local veterans and guests. We hope to see you there!

Mrs. Cain's 3rd grade Gifted and Talented students created Witches Brew focusing on the chemical and physical reactions using different compounds.





Mrs. Miller's 5th grade class is learning about personal narratives. Each student wrote a personal narrative about their name and presented it to the class.
