Fresh produce was supplied by Somerset County's Wood Duck Landing Farm and Tallawah Farms in SCPS new Farm-to-School partnership, bringing more fresh produce into school cafeterias.

Each fall, NASA Wallops Flight Facility’s (WFF) mentors post approximately 12 internships specifically for high school students in a diverse array of STEM fields for the summer session.
These internships are a phenomenal opportunity for students to experience the workforce during real-time project work supervised by WFF staff.
There is a $2,300.00 stipend to offset travel costs but the opportunity to begin a career at NASA is priceless!
Students must be 16 years of age and live within a 50-mile radius of Wallops to be considered.
