We want to thank the school community for raising over 4,000 for the American Heart Association! Mrs. Jones highlighted our top two fundraisers Paisley K and Kingsley B and rewarded them with a goodie basket. Mrs. Walters gave Target gift cards to our Spelling Bee winners Nellie and Brantley. Mrs. Walters also highlighted Gabriella for being our top Joe Corbi fundraiser in the fall. Big thanks to all our students and communities for making our school so successful!

We are so blessed to have all amazing teachers work at Deal Island! Announcing our '23-'24 Teacher of the Year: Ms. Anna Powers! Our first grade teacher was selected to move on in the contest for the county teacher of the year. Congratulations Ms. Powers!!!!!
