It is the intent of Somerset County Public Schools, in accordance with Maryland Special Education Laws, to destroy the confidential records of any student who recieved special education services with a birthdate between January 1, 1997 and December 31, 1997.
If you are interested in obtaining records, please contact the Special Education department at 410-651-1616 ext. 11230. Arrangements will be made to pick-up records from the Board of Education. Photo identification will be requested as proof of identity.
