The Somerset Retired School Personnel Association (SRSPA) proudly sponsors this annual scholarship, which is awarded to two graduating seniors who have demonstrated a commitment to pursuing careers in the field of education. We are honored to recognize these outstanding students and commend them for their dedication, hard work, and passion for serving future generations.
The first recipient, Elijah T., was a senior at Washington High School. Elijah plans to attend the University of Maryland Eastern Shore this fall, where he will pursue a degree in Special Education.
The second recipient, Emily W., was a senior at Crisfield High School. Emily plans to attend Stevenson University to pursue a degree in Elementary Education.
We extend our sincere congratulations to both Elijah and Emily and wish them continued success as they begin this exciting journey toward careers in education. We also share our heartfelt appreciation and sincere thanks to the Somerset Retired School Personnel Association for their continued dedication to Somerset County staff and students and their unwavering support of future educators.
