Tuesday, November 25, 2025, has been converted to a school day for students and staff in accordance with the Board-approved 2025–2026 academic calendar, which designates this date as the identified make-up day in the event of an inclement-weather closure. Following the inclement-weather closure on October 31, 2025, SCPS will now use November 25 as the designated make-up day.
A proposed early dismissal for November 25 will be considered by the Board of Education at its meeting on November 18, 2025. Following Board action, the confirmed schedule for the day will be communicated to all families & staff.

Note: To-date, SCPS has used two of the three identified make-up days for the 2025–2026 school year due to inclement weather closures on October 13, 2025 & October 31, 2025. If an additional make-up day becomes necessary, the remaining identified date is April 2, 2026.
