Employee Wellness

Mission Statement

The mission of the Somerset County Public Schools Staff Wellness Committee is to improve the physical, mental, and financial health of all SCPS employees by establishing and maintaining a work environment that encourages a lifelong commitment to a healthy lifestyle and a positive well-being.

The Wellness Committee is comprised of members from each location throughout the district. Selected by the school principal or designee, the members work to review the county-wide wellness program, identifying new ways to improve and enrich the program. The members also sit on their respective location-based wellness committees.  If you are interested in being a member of the Staff Wellness Committee see your school administrator.
