Special Permission to Attend School Out of Attendance Zone

An examination of the reconfiguration of grades at Princess Anne Elementary School and Greenwood Elementary School uncovered that "special permission" requests for student transfers was a factor contributing to capacity concerns. Therefore, it was necessary to re-examine the criteria for "special permission" approval. Parents and guardians are reminded that any and all requests for their child to transfer schools must be submitted in writing to the Superintendent by July 10, 2015. Hard copies of this letter can be picked up at the office of the student's home school. Due to the roof construction at Greenwood Elementary School, those parents can pick up a hard copy of the letter at the front office of Princess Anne Elementary School. Click on the title and then on the PDF file to read the letter related to the issue of "special permission."
