STEAM Activity was held at UMES on November 8 from 5:00 PM- 7:30 PM. It was very successful.

The UMES STEAM Night  included robots, 3D Printers, agricultural experiments, a flight simulator, and much more! This year we’ve extended the event from 5-7:30 pm! The event iwas a collaborative effort between the University of Maryland Extension 4-H STEM, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), Somerset County Public Schools, and Somerset County Recreation and Parks. Several SCPS teachers members had STEM/STEAM displays including Linda Kinhart, Debbie Whitney, Pam South and Stephanie Sproul.  Instructional Supervisor Traci Schneider was one of the key organizers.
