May 2022 High School Testing Schedule Changes

Due to increased staffing requirements on state assessment days, non-testing high-school students will have a 2 hour delay while staff is diverted to accommodate students with test administration.
 
On Tuesday, May 3rd and Wednesday May 4th, the following groups of students will report at the normal arrival time:
 
  • All 8th & 12th grade students
  • All students taking the LS MISA (most of 10th grade)
  • All morning CTE students attending Somerset County Technical High School
  • All Special Education Comprehensive Students
*On Wednesday May 4th only, Students taking the AP Lit & Comp Test will report at the normal arrival time.*
 
All other students will report 2 hours later.
 
On Tuesday May 17th and Wednesday May 18th, the following groups will report at the normal arrival time:
 
  • All 8th, 9th & 12th grade students
  • All students taking the Algebra 1 or 2 assessment
  • All morning CTE students attending Somerset County Technical High School
  • All Special Education Comprehensive Students
All other students will report 2 hours later.
 
High School buses will complete double-runs to accommodate all student arrivals on testing days. Please contact your school's administration team with any questions about these upcoming schedule changes.
