SALARY: As specified by Somerset County Public Schools

QUALIFICATION:

	Demonstrate ability to organize and manage all aspects of the program.
	Ability to relate well to students and move the program forward in a positive and productive manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

	Understand and cooperate with the rules and regulations set forth by Somerset County Public Schools
	Communicate with staff members and parents to assist in maintaining individual eligibility.
	Inform squad members and establish guidelines pertaining to conduct, school rules, training rules, safety regulations and sportsmanship.
	Maintain accurate records and provide all necessary reports to the appropriate personnel.
	Attend appropriate meetings.
	Distribute, collect and maintain all related materials, clothing and equipment.
	Conduct oneself in a manner that is conducive to good sportsmanship and representation of the school and school system.
