American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

The State Fiscal Stabilization Fund Application Phase 2 outlined additional requirements. The direction of these new mandates involved data collection, analysis and planning in response to indicators and  descriptors  related to the evaluation and performance of teachers and principals and the connection to student achievement outcomes. By June 30 2011, all local school systems are required to post on their websites a summary performance of teachers and administrators by individual school.
