The State
Fiscal Stabilization Fund Application Phase 2 outlined
additional requirements. The direction of these new mandates
involved data collection, analysis and planning in response to
indicators and descriptors related to the evaluation and
performance of teachers and principals and the connection to
student achievement outcomes. By June 30 2011, all local school
systems are required to post on their websites a summary
performance of teachers and administrators by individual school.

levels at the close of the 2011-2012 school year is shown in the
